NEW PLACE OF RECOVERY TREATMENT CENTER LLC offers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services for drug addictions and alcohol dependency. The program is for individuals who require a more intensive level of treatment (Level 2.5) and medical interventions after a life-threatening relapse.
Our PHP program is 4 weeks to 12 weeks. Individuals enrolled in the PHP program will get between 5-6 hours per day, 5 days a week for treatment. Individuals in this program will receive individual counseling, group counseling, mental health therapy, medication assistance, and medical monitoring.
The program structure for our PHP program includes:
- Screening
- Clinical Assessments
- Individual Treatment Plan
- Group Counseling (5 times per week for 3 hours)
- Individual Counseling
- Relapse Prevention
- Coping Skills
- Mental Health Therapy
- Medication Management (Suboxone etc.)
- Transitional Housing
- Transportation
- Outside 12-Step Meetings
- Toxicology Screenings
- Resources and Referrals
- Discharge/Aftercare Plan
